When you click the link below to download the Southampton Police Department Vacation/House Check Form, you have two options.  You can simply print the form, fill it out and bring it to the police station.

The second option you have is to fill out the form online.  You can fill in all required spaces on the form by clicking on the form and typing in the required information.  After filling out the form you can then print it and all the information you entered will be automatically printed on the form.  You must still bring this form to the police station in person.
